This Aplex VITAM-921AR 21.5" industrial stainless steel fanless panel PC features an IP66/69K resistant housing. The PC is also expandable with optical bonding so that the PC continues to operate extremely stable even in very humid and vapour environments. The PC is fanless and has a fully sealed stainless steel IP66/69K frame and features M12 connectors, making this industrial 21.5" panel PC resistant to high-pressure water jets and accumulating dust. This frame is also available in a SUS316 version for working environments where intensive cleaning of computer supplies is required. The various mounting options make it possible to place this fanless 21.5" industrial panel PC on workstations with limited space. The PC's display features a resistive touch screen, such screens can be operated with work gloves or a finger stylus/touch pen. This makes it perfect for an industrial environment where wearing work gloves is a requirement. The industrial Intel® Core™ i3-6100U Processor saves more power than other common high-performance industrial processors. However, this does not affect the computing power, combined with up to 16 GB of 2133 MHz SO-DIMM DDR4 memory, heavy industrial applications can run flawlessly on this system. This industrial processor is available for as much as 7 years. The advantage of this is that we can also deliver your personal configuration 7 years. Furthermore, this industrial Intel® Core™ i3-6100U processor is also compatible with various Windows operating systems used in an industrial environment. Thus, it is possible to install WIndows 7 64 bit, Windows 8 64 bit and Windows 10 IoT 64 bit on this system. This allows a wide variety of SCADA applications to run on this industrial embedded system. All these features make the industrial PC suitable for automation.
The optional stainless steel frame with SUS316 grade is ideally suited for industrial environments where thorough cleaning is required. This type of steel can be cleaned with all common industrial cleaning products and also has antibacterial properties. To make the PC as easy to clean as possible, a minimalist design with only one touch on/off button and a flat bezel design was therefore deliberately chosen.
Various installation options
In an industrial environment, working space is sometimes limited. This industrial Aplex panel PC system offers you various mounting options so that this industrial embedded fanless system can be used in the most cramped workplaces. For example, you can apply a swing arm, floor stand, YOKE mount and a VESA mount use to the workstation in question so that the PC takes up as little space as possible.

Reduce light reflection
Equipped with a surface-coated LCD display, computer eye strain can be prevented. In addition, light reflection is reduced from 10% to 2% and UV rays on the screen are blocked to protect the LCD.
A clear image at any workstation
The display of this industrial 21.5" fanless panel PC system comes standard with an auto-dimming sensor, which automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen to a maximum of 1000 nits.
Secure storage with SSD encryption
Transcend's 2.5" SSD hard disk drive increases the responsiveness of the Aplex industrial embedded fanless panel PC with impressive bootloading and transfer time, compared to a PC featuring a mechanical 2.5 " hard disk drive. Equipped with 3D NAND Flash as standard, the productivity of the SSD is increased. End-to-end data protection and TCG Opal 2.0 security management solutions are possible as the SSD features 256-bit AES.
Additional humidity & dirt protection
Optionally, this industrial 21.5" fanless panel PC IP66/69K system can be expanded with optical bonding. With optical bonding, an extra screen layer is placed between the touchscreen screen and the TFT LCD screen. This eliminates reflection from sunlight, makes the image clearer to read and offers extra protection against dirt and moisture. Optical bonding also prevents the occurrence of condensation on the screen in a humid working environment with a very low temperature.
