Through our web shop, we offer the opportunity to ask questions via a contact form, which asks for various data so we can answer your question accordingly. The personal data you send us will be stored for as long as the information on the form or the contents of your email are necessary to ensure a complete answering and processing of your question.
We offer a news letter, by which we would like to inform interested customers about our products and/or services. Every news letter contains a link via which you can unsubscribe. Your email address is automatically added to the list of subscribers.

Handing over to third parties

Our web shop contains social media buttons. The administrators of these services collect your personal data through these.

After this, the data is deleted, unless we are required by law to store the data for a longer period of time (like the fiscal storage requirement of seven years for payment information).
