It is possible that goods are damaged during the delivery process. We advise you to refuse delivery of the item if you notice any damage to the goods upon delivery. The delivery will then be returned to us. We suggest that you send us a written statement of the nature of the damage along with the relevant photos. You can send us this information by email. For our contact details, please click here. If you believe the damage will not affect the product, you can also accept the goods. You must still notify the delivery agent of the damage to the package. Please take photos of the package and inform us.
If you have a product that has become defective over time, you can fill out an online form. After completing the form as fully as possible, we will review your form and you will receive an email with an RMA number. You then need to print out this form and attach it to the outside of the package. You can subsequently send it to us in the original or in other appropriate packaging. Products that are within the warranty period will usually be repaired free of charge, unless the damage has occurred through improper use. For products outside of the warranty period, we charge the standard rate of EURO 95.00 ex VAT per hour with a minimum charge of 30 minutes.
